摘要
为满足南方硬岩型富铀矿中铀品位大于1%的计量需求,核工业放射性勘查计量站在原有γ测井计量标准基础之上进行了量值拓展,研建了铀含量2%、5%的两个高品位铀矿γ测井模型。模型品位标称值由6家实验室通过物化分析确定,定值结果的相对合成标准不确定度经分析评定,铀含量为3.89%和3.44%,均不超过5%;钍、钾含量分别为10.78%和18.53%、5.01%和4.88%,均不超过20%,符合设计要求。
In order to satisfy the measurement requirements that the south hard rock type rich uranium deposit's uranium grade should be greater than 1% ,The radioactive survey metering station of nuclear industry has expanded the magnitude based on the original gamma logging measuring basic standard,studied and estab- lished two high grade uranium gamma ray logging model with 2o/0,5% uranium content. The model's grade nominal value is physical and chemical analyzed and confirmed by six laboratories. After the relative combined standard uncertainty of determining value results analysis, evaluation result indicates that the uncertainty of uranium content is 3. 89% and 3.44% ,no more than 5% ; the uncertainty of thorium and potassium content are 10. 78% and 18. 53% ,5. 01% and 4. 88% ,no more than 20% ,and confirms to design requirements.
