摘要
为有效掌握和管控南水北调东线一期输水工程的引水情况,科学测算和制定不同区段的用水成本,结合南水北调东线一期输水工程的特点,分析水量损失的构成,分别研究渗漏及蒸发损失的计算方法,构建了输水工程水量损失计算模型并确定相关参数。计算结果表明,该方法对于南水北调东线一期工程具有良好的适用性,水量损失计算结果与实际测验结果总体相符,平均相对误差为6.15%,研究结果为南水北调东线一期工程的水量调配及运行管理提供了依据。
To effectively manage the first-phase in east route of south-to-north water diversion project, it is important to scientifically analyze the cost of water transfer. We analyzed the calculation method of water loss due to evaporation, seepage and other factors, and established the calculation model of water loss, and determined the related factors. The results show that the calculation ability of this water loss model has good applicability, the calculation of water loss agrees well with the experiment results, and the average relative error is 6.15% This research could facilitate the water transfer and management of the east route of south-to-north water diversion project.
