摘要
本文以实现缩短永磁同步电机的设计开发周期、减少不必要的人工误差、为设计人员提供技术参数、便于方案调整与验证等为研究目的,开发了一套人机界面良好、具有完备的输入输出功能的适用永磁同步电机电磁设计的CAD系统。在研究永磁同步电机电磁设计流程、电机电磁计算软件Ansoft Maxwell二次开发原理的基础上,以VB为人机交互界面的开发工具,以系统数据库为连接点,实现了VB与Ansoft Maxwell的无缝连接。本系统支持电机结构和相关设计参数的界面输入,实现了数据的自动读取和建模分析,以及结果导出等功能,为电机设计人员提供了有力的辅助工具,具有较好的工程应用前景。
In this paper, in order to shorten the development cycle of permanent magnet synchronous motor, reduce unnecessary human error, provide technical parameters, facilitate adjustment and verification pro- grams, a PMSM CAD system with good man-machine interface and comprehensive features was developed. This paper studied the electromagnetic design process of PMSM and secondary development works of Ansoft Maxwell. A seamless connection achieved between VB and Ansoft Maxwell, by using VB as development tools of interface and database as connection point. The system supports input of design parameters of PMSM, can automatically read data, modeling, analysis, and export results. The system is a powerful auxil- iary tool for motor designer, has a good prospect of engineering application.
