摘要 针对某锌冶炼厂锌浸出渣处理渣量大、渣含锌高、有价金属综合回收率低等问题,比较了各浸锌渣处理工艺的优缺点,结合企业原料性质及原浸出系统现有情况,提出锌浸出渣处理改造方案,并进行了成本及经济效益对比。 Processing methods to treat zinc leaching residue were compared to address problems including large quantity residue,high zinc content,and low comprehensive recovery of valuable metals for zinc leaching residue treatment in a zinc metallurgy plant.With both raw material properties and existing situation of leaching system in the plant under consideration,the reform scheme is proposed,cost and economic benefit before and after transformation are compared.
