摘要
采用“电溶—磷酸沉淀”工艺处理某含铪废合金,在电流密度200~300 A/m2,电解液酸度1 mol/LH2 SO4,终点镍离子浓度80 g/L的条件下,电溶过程电流效率可达90%以上,电溶效果良好;电溶液在80℃加入1 g/L磷酸,铪的回收率可达90%以上;铪的综合回收率达95%以上.
Scrap hafnium-bearing alloy was treated by electric melting and precipitation with phosphate.Current efficiency is 90% above under the conditions including current density of 200~300 A/m2,acidity of electrolyte of 1 mol/L H2SO4,and Ni concentration of 80 g/L.Recovery of hafnium is 90% above when electric solution is heated to 80 ℃ with addition of 1 g/L phosphate.Comprehensive recovery of hafnium is 95 % above.
