摘要
制备、表征了离子液体1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯铝酸盐。根据核磁共振波谱的测试结果,分析并讨论了不同离子液体配比时阴离子的结构和组成。通过循环伏安法,进一步探索了阴离子的类型和含量对铝还原过程的影响。在此基础上结合扫描电镜图,考察了不同阴离子组成下获得的铝沉积物的微观形貌。研究表明,当阴离子[Al2Cl7]-的摩尔浓度提高时,从离子液体中电沉积出的铝晶体更加精细、致密。[Al2Cl7]-离子较强的得电子能力,以及与阳离子间较弱的相互作用是产生上述现象的主要原因。
1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloroaluminate ionic liquids with different molar ratios were synthesized and characterized.According to NMR spectra results,structure and composition of ionic liquid anions were analyzed.The effect of anions' structure and concentration on reduction process of aluminum was investigated by cyclic voltammetry.Morphology of aluminum deposits was gained based on SEM micrographs.The results show that aluminum crystals become denser and more compact with rise of molar concentration of [Al2Cl7].This phenomenon mainly results from the larger electron affinity of [Al2Cl7].and weaker interaction energy among ions.
