环渤海湾地区不同种植年限设施土壤酶活性变化 被引量:3

Changes in Greenhouse Soil Enzyme Activities with Different Planting Years Around Bohai Bay Region

摘要 选取环渤海湾地区13个不同地点不同种植年限的日光温室蔬菜土壤为研究对象,测定0~30cm与30~60cm土层的蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶的活性,分析其变化规律。结果表明:同一种植年限设施土壤蔗糖酶与过氧化物酶活性在0-30cm土层普遍高于30~60cm土层,而多酚氧化酶活性在0—30cm土层低于30—60cm土层。土壤中蔗糖酶活性随种植年限的增加无显著性变化;多酚氧化酶活性与过氧化物酶活性在0~30cm土层均随种植年限的增加呈下降趋势,但在30.60cm土层无显著差异。蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性在京津冀、苏鲁和辽三大地区间差异显著。因此,为了维持日光温室土壤的可持续利用,提高土壤肥力,应适当控制连续种植的年限,本试验结果表明连续蔬菜种植年限以15a以内为宜。 Taking solar-greenhouse soils from 13 different locations with different planting years around- Bohai Bay-region as samples, this study tested the activities of invertase, polyphenol oxidase, and peroxidase at 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm soil layers, and analyzed their changing regularity. The results indicated that the invertase and peroxidase activities were higher in 0-30 cm soil layer than that in 30-60 cm soil layer. While, a reverse trend was found in polyphenol oxidase activity. There was no remarkable changes in invertase activity with the increase of planting year. While the polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activities in 0-30 cm soil layer showed a reducing tendency with the increase of planting years. But, there were no obvious differences found in 30-60 cm soil layer. There were significant differences in activities of invertase, polyphenol oxidase, and peroxidase between the 3 regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Jiangsu-Shandong and Liaoning. Therfore, in order to maintain the sustainable utilization of solar greenhouse soil and improve the soil fertility, this paper suggested that the continuous planting years should be controlled within 15 years.
