基于PPP模式的物流园区建设项目风险评价研究

Risk Assessment of Logistics Park Project Based on PPP Mode

文章首先介绍了PPP模式项目的原理和特点,根据该模式建设项目风险复杂性和阶段性的特征,并结合物流园区建设项目的主要建设流程(规划期、建设期、运营期),构建了PPP模式下的物流园区建设项目风险评价指标体系,然后运用了模糊综合评价方法对该模式下的物流园区进行风险评价,最后对一PPP模式下的物流园区建设项目进行了风险评价。

The article first introduces the principle and characteristics of the PPP model projects, according to the model construction project complexity and risk characteristics of the stage, combined with the construction of the main flow of logistics park construction project（planning period, construction period and operation period）, constructed PPP project risk evaluation index system of logistics park mode, then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the logistics park mode of risk assessment. Finally, the logistics park construction project under a PPP model were risk assessment.
