Optimization of Sorting System in Distribution Center

配送中心业务是第三方物流企业的重要组成部分,为了缩减配送中心运营成本,提高企业物流运作时效和服务水平,企业需要不断优化配送中心的系统。而占据物流配送中心最大比重的分拣环节,直接影响到整个物流配送中心的作业效率。文章以当前第三方物流企业发展的实际情况为出发点,针对其配送中心分拣系统发展的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并运用科学方法提出了相关的解决对策和建议。

Distribution center business is an important part of the third party logistics enterprises. In order to reduce the operation cost of distribution center, improve enterprise logistics operation time and service level, enterprises need to constantly optimize the distribution center system. And the sorting process occupies the largest proportion of the logistics distribution center, it directly affect the efficiency of the whole logistics distribution center. In this paper, it was based on the actual situation of the third party logistics enterprise development, and analyzed the development present situation and the existence question in view of the picking system in distribution center. In the end, it put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions by the use of scientific methods.
