摘要
随着经济进一步全球化发展,冷链物流市场需求稳步快速增长,冷链物流行业呈现服务多元化、跨境竞争、模式不断创新的发展趋势。但是90后员工的高离职率成为制约冷链物流企业创新、持续发展的关键因素。结合90后员工的个性特征,构建了包含训练、技能、体制规范三个模块的概念模型,以克服90后员工与冷链物流工作之间的偏差,营造适应90后工作的企业氛围,打造可持续冷链物流。根据概念模型提出了促使员工与企业相互适应的具体建设途径。
With the further development of economic globalization, the demand of cold chain logistics market rapids growth steadily. Cold chain logistics industry present development trend of service diversification, cross-border competition and continuous mode innovation. But the high turnover rate of employees after 90 s become the factors to achieve innovation and sustainable development. Combining with 90 employee's personality characteristics, the paper constructs a conceptual model including training, skills and system specification. The conceptual model could overcome deviation between 90 employee and the cold chain logistics for creating sustainable cold-chain logistics. According to the conceptual model, the paper puts forward specific recommendations to adapt each other.
