摘要
当前机场航班数量不断增加,短期内不可能通过机场扩建实现机场服务能力的提升。因此,合理调度和使用机场地面设备,对提高机场服务能力具有明显的改善作用,而行李车作为机场地面作业的重要设备,对机场航班的服务效率和服务质量有着直接的影响。文章以最小化航班的行李服务等待时间为目标,建立整数规划模型,并使用CPLEX进行中小规模精确求解,以实现行李车服务的最优调度。计算结果表明,文章建立的模型能够有效地解决行李车的服务调度问题,为机场管理提供决策支持。
Nowadays, the number of airport flight is increasing rapidly, it cannot improve the airport service capability through expanding the scale of airport. Hence, scheduling the ground equipment has obvious effect on the improvement of the airport service capability. And luggage cart, as the significant equipment in the airport, has a direct impact on the airport service efficiency and quality. This paper establishes an integer programming model with the objective to minimize the total luggage cart service waiting time. Therefore, CPLEX is used to solve the model to obtain the optimal schedule. The results show that the established model could solve the luggage cart service scheduling problem and provide decision support for airport.
