摘要
文章采用生命周期评估,基于碳足迹对西红柿供应链进行研究,计算了生命周期各个阶段的碳排放,着重分析了配送中不同运输方式的影响。结果表明,生产方式和运输方式是影响西红柿碳供应链排放的主要因素。航空运输的碳排放最大,其次是公路运输和海运,最节能的是铁路。生产的碳排放在海运和铁路运输占主导地位。
Based on carbon footprint, the supply chain of tomato is studied by using life cycle assessment(LCA) in this paper. The carbon emission in the steps of life cycle is calculated, with a focus on the effects of different transport types in the distribution. The results show that the producing process and the transportation are critical in carbon emission of the supply chain of tomato. The air transport has the highest carbon emission, followed by road and sea transport, and then the railway transport. The carbon emission during the producing process plays a dominant role in the sea and railway transport.
