基于ARIS的后方仓库出库过程资源优化研究

摘要 针对我军后方仓库在采用RFID技术后因资源配置不合理导致的出库过程效率低的问题,利用ARIS建模方法和工具,对后方仓库的出库过程进行了仿真和优化。首先,在ARIS软件环境中建立了出库过程的e EPC模型,然后,以采用RFID技术的某后方仓库为例,收集了其在出库过程中的相关数据,最后,通过仿真运行和分析,对资源配置进行合理调整,从而提高了出库效率,为我军仓库作业过程的优化研究提供了新的思路和方法。 The paper aiming at the problem of low efficiency of outbound process due to the inappropriate allocation of resources after taking advantage of RFID technology in our army rear warehouses, using ARIS modeling methods and tools, simulates and optimizes the outbound process. First of all, outbound process e EPC model is established in the ARIS software environment. After that, taking a rear warehouse for example that have used the RFID technology, relative data are collected during outbound process. Finally, through simulation and analysis, the allocation of resources is reasonably adjusted so as to enhance the efficiency of outbound process. The paper provides new ideas and methods for optimization of our army warehouses operation process.
