校企合作、物流技能竞赛与高职物流管理专业教学融通的研究与实践

Exploration and Practice in the Consilience of College-enterprise Cooperation, Logistics Skills Competition and the Teaching of Logistics Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对目前国内高职院校普遍存在急功近利的价值倾向,忽视可持续发展能力的培养而导致高职学生普遍创新力不足等状况,在高职教育目标从面向岗位(群)扩展到面向职业生涯的前提下,研究校企合作教育与技能竞赛对高职物流管理人才培养机制的影响,以高职物流教育服务区域经济和社会发展为立足点,探索并建立由校企共同研究物流职业素养与关键能力要求,共同参与专业课程建设,促进"职业人"与"全面发展的人"的和谐统一的课程设置与发展的校企合作教育机制,提高人才培养质量,推动区域物流人才需求与院校物流人才的培养协调发展。

In view of the present value orientation of seeking quick success and instant benefits in domestic higher vocational colleges, ignoring the cultivation of sustainable development ability of higher vocational students and led to insufficient innovation generally, explored on the consilience of college-enterprise cooperation, logistics skills contest, and the teaching of logistics management major in higher vocational colleges under the premise of the higher vocational education target from post（job） oriented extended to career oriented.Based on regional economic and social development, explored and established the college-enterprise cooperation education mechanism of joint research between colleges logistics professional quality and the key competencies, constructing professional curriculum, promoting the harmony of＂ professionals＂and＂ all-round development of people＂. Improved the quality of talent training, promoted coordinated development of regional logistics demand and the cultivation of the colleges logistics personnel.
