基于AHP的物流管理专业创业人才教育质量评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Talents Education Quality of Logistics Management Major Based on AHP

构建以重点培养学生创新创业能力为核心的人才培养体系,是应用型物流管理专业教学改革的重要内容。文章从物流管理专业创业人才培养的角度,构建适合我国物流管理专业创业教育质量评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法(AHP)对所建指标体系进行决策分析,通过计算结果得到影响创业教育质量各因素的相对权重及排序,旨在找出关键性影响因素,为构建新型创业人才教育培养模式与方案提供指导性建议。

The key point of educational reform for the practical logistics management major is to build a personnel training system which emphasizes on the cultivation of the students＇ innovation ability. This paper intends to establish a quality index system for evaluating entrepreneurial education of the logistics management major from the perspective of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents. At the same time, the AHP method will be adopted to make a decision analysis of the index system. Through calculating,the relative weights and ranking of affecting factors in entrepreneurship education can be gained, which aims to find out the key influential factors. It provides a guiding suggestion for constructing a new education training mode of entrepreneurial talents.
