The modern apprenticeship provides effective path for vocational education personnel training, the modern apprenticeship at present in our country is still in the exploratory stage, in Hunan Engineering Polytechnic logistics major as an example, analyzed the necessity and feasibility of modern apprenticeship and the experience and practice in the process of implementation, including the cultivation of talents, safeguard measures, etc., providing reference for vocational colleges to implement modern apprenticeship training.
