The Objective,Model and Mechanism of Innovative Talents Cultivation Experiments in Local Colleges

地方本科院校在创新人才培养试验中,应当明确以应用型、创新性作为培养目标,避免走与研究型大学趋同的误区;需要通过创新教学驱动人才培养模式的变革,发挥导师制在创新人才培养中的保障作用;需要建立师资选聘、评价与激励等有效配套机制,加强校企合作、国际合作等创新人才培养平台建设,以实现创新人才培养的可持续发展。

In experiments of innovative talents cultivation, local colleges should aim to cultivate applied and innovative-oriented talents, in which way to differ from research-oriented universities. Thus, they should reform traditional training model through innovative teaching methods and take advantage of the tutorial system. Also, supporting mechanism of teacher selection, evaluation and motivation should be established. Meanwhile, it is necessary to strengthen the college-enterprise cooperation and international cooperation and other kinds of innovative talents cultivation platform in order to realize the sustainable development of these experiments.
