MEEK植皮技术在修复大面积深度烧伤创面中的应用

Application of MEEK mini skin grafting technique in repair of extensive deep burn wound

目的探讨应用MEEK植皮技术修复大面积深度烧伤创面的效果和适应症。方法应用MEEK植皮技术修复的12例大面积深度烧伤创面患者进行回顾性分析,其中48 h内来院并早期行MEEK植皮手术患者7例,3~7 d由外院转来患者5例。结果本组12例患者全部成活,其中1次MEEK植皮创面完全愈合6例;MEEK植皮成活率〉70%4例,成活率〈50%及成活率〈30%各1例。成活率不佳的主要原因均为感染。结论应用MEEK植皮技术修复大面积深度烧伤创面的疗效确实,但有一定适应症,在临床工作中需要选择合适的病例施行。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and indications of MEEK mini skin grafting in repairing extensive deep burn wound. Methods Retrospectively analysis on 12 patients with extensive deep burn wound who accepted MEEK mini skin grafting was performed. 7 patients were admitted in 48 hours postburn, and accepted MEEK mini skin grafting at the early stage, 5 patients from other hospital accepted the operation at 3~7 days post-burn. Results All 12 patients survived. 6 patients’ wounds healed completely by only one MEEK mini skin grafting. The survival rate of MEEK mini skin was more than 70% in 4 patients, and the survival rate of MEEK mini skin was less than 50% and 30% respectively in one patient. Infection was the main reason of the poor survival rate of MEEK mini skin. Conclusion It has a good clinical effect on applying MEEK mini skin grafting to repair extensive deep burn wound, it need to select appropriate patients to use it according to the indications.
