摘要
随着球形储罐结构向着巨型以及轻质化方向发展,球罐对外加荷载(风荷载、雪荷载、地震荷载等)变得更加敏感,因此不得不考虑风致积雪对球罐的影响。运用大型有限元软件ADINA建立了以拉杆为索结构的多体积球罐有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析;同时还研究了风致积雪对球罐地震响应的影响。分析结果表明,在单向地震作用下,风致积雪导致大型球形储罐结构的拉杆应力显著增大,球罐体系的初始水平位移以及刚度都变大,使结构更容易破坏。
With the improvement of spherical tank structure towards giant size and light mass, which makes spherical tank more sensitive for additional load(wind load, snow load, seismic load, ect.), it has to take the influence of the wind load and even the snow drifting into account. The finite element software ADINA established the finite element model of multiple-volume tank which utilized the rod for the cable and processed the modal analysis. Besides, we researched the effects of wind and snow drifting loads on the seismic response. The results show that snow drifting and wind load on the large empty spherical tank under unidirectional earthquake cause bar stress significantly increased,and the horizontal displacement and the initial stiffness of the structure become bigger, which will make the structure easily damaged.
