生理盐水冲洗输液管残留头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究静脉输液莫菲氏滴壶液面高度、排空次数及管路冲洗滴速对0.9%生理盐水冲管效果的影响。方法采用紫外分光光度计测定配制系列浓度头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的吸光度,制作标准曲线。根据次甲基蓝的不同莫菲氏滴壶内液面高度、排空次数及不同滴速3个影响因素设计分组方案,采用0.9%生理盐水冲洗,体积间隔2.0m L,莫菲氏滴壶采样检测次甲基蓝颜色残留。结果莫菲氏滴壶1/3液面高度和2/3液面高度头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,滴速50 D/min冲尽需0.9%生理盐水分别为20 m L和22 m L;滴速50 D/min和20 D/min冲管2/3液面高度头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,莫菲氏滴壶采样冲尽分别需22 m L和18 m L;0.9%生理盐水以滴速20 D/min冲尽1/3液面莫菲氏滴壶高度头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,无排空和1次排空法分别需14 m L和10 m L。结论莫菲氏滴壶原液液面高度、排空次数与滴速是影响生理盐水对头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠冲管效果的重要因素。 Objective To study the influence of liquid surface level, times of emptying and dripping speed of tube washing of Murphy's dropper during intravenous injection on the effects of washing tube by 0.9% normal saline. Meth- ods Absorbency of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium prepared with series of concentrations was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and standard curve was made. According to the differences of methylene blue, three influ- encing factors of liquid surface level, times of emptying and dripping speed of tube washing of Murphy's dropper were used to design the randomization protocol, and 0.9% normal saline was used for washing, with the volume interval of 2.0 ml. Morphy's dropper was used for sampling and testing the color residue of methylene blue. Results For 1/3 liquid surface level and 2/3 liquid surface level of eefoperazone sodium and sulbaetam sodium in Murphy's dropper, 20 ml and 22 mL of 0.9% normal saline with the dripping speed of 50 D/min were required for complete washing; dripping speed of 50 D/min and 20 D/min was used to wash 2/3 liquid surface level of eefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodi- um, and 22 ml and 18 ml were required in the sampling of Murphy's dropper for complete washing; cefoperazone sodi- um and sulbactam sodium at 1/3 liquid surface level of Murphy's dropper was completely washed by 0.9% normal saline with the dripping speed of 20 D/min, and 14 mL and 10 mL were required for non-emptying method and one-off emptying method respectively. Conclusion Liquid surface height, times of emptying and dripping speed of Murphy's dropper are important factors for influencing the washing tube effects of normal saline on the cefoperazone sodium and sulbaetam sodium.
