药学服务模式下外科质子泵抑制剂合理使用效果分析

Value analysis on rational use of proton pump inhibitors under the pharmaceutical service mode

目的分析在药学服务模式下外科质子泵抑制剂合理使用效果。方法 选取2014年6~12月药学服务前及2015年6~12月提供药学服务后外科住院患者使用质子泵抑制剂病出院病志各300份。对两组病例进行回顾性分析。结果 提供药学服务后的病例组在质子泵抑制剂的使用上合理率明显高于药学服务前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 通过对外科病区提供药学服务后可促进质子泵抑制剂的合理使用。

Objective To analyze effect of the appropriate application pump inhibitor injection under the pharmaceuti- cal service mode in surgical department. Methods Chose the medical records from Jun to Dec 2014 in surgical depart- ment before the pharmaceutical service and the records from Jun to Dec 2015 after the service.The two groups of cases selected were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Results The incidence of complications under the pharmaceutical service mode were lower than that of non-service group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pharmaceutical service mode may play a key role in clinical rational drug use and may promote the clinical rational use of proton pump inhibitor injection appropriately and effectively.
