化瘀止痛穴位贴治疗结肠镜检查后腹胀的疗效观察

Effect of Huayuzhitong acupoint in the treatment of abdominal distension after colonoscopy

目的 观察化瘀止痛穴位贴治疗行结肠镜检查后腹胀的疗效。方法 对本院2014年11月~2015年10月收治的100例患者行结肠镜检查后按入院顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理基础之上加用化瘀止痛穴位贴治疗。比较2 h内两组患者的腹胀改善情况及满意度。结果 与对照组比较,治疗组疗效更好,腹胀症状改善更明显,首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间更短,患者满意度更高,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 化瘀止痛穴位贴能有效缓解结肠镜检查后出现的腹胀症状。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Huayuzhitong acupoint in treatment of abdominal distension af- ter colonoscopy. Methods 100 cases of patients after colonoscopy from November 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were randomized into the control group and treatment group with 50 cases according to the order of admission. The control group was given conventional nursing, treatment group was given the conventional nursing combined with Huayuzhitong acupoint therapy. The abdominal distension of patients in two hours were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group had better curative effect, abdominal distension symptoms improved more significantly, the first anal exhaust time, the first defecation time was shorter, the patients satisfaction was higher, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）, Conclusion Huayuzhitong acupoint can effectively relieve ab- dominal distention after colonoseopy.
