案例分析+情景模拟教学法在急诊科护理实习生带教中的应用和体会 被引量:41

摘要 目的 探讨能使护生的理论知识与临床实践相结合的护理实习生带教方法 ,从而提高护理带教质量和护生的工作能力。方法 选择2015年3~8月在我科(急诊科)实习的36名护理实习生,对护理实习生采用案例分析+情景模拟教学法进行带教,2周实习结束后发放教学效果反馈表,并对此种带教方法的应用效果进行评价。结果36位学生中有88.9%的学生认为该教学模式提升了分析和解决问题的能力;97.2%的学生认为该模式激发了学习的兴趣,强化了急救的意识,有利于团队协作精神的培养。结论 采用案例分析+情景模拟教学法,能够激发护生的学习兴趣,强化其急救意识,增强护患之间的沟通能力,培养其团队合作精神。 Objective To discuss teaching methods that can combine the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of nursing students thus improving the teaching quality and working ability of 'nursing students. Methods 36 nursing stu- dents interned in our department from March 2015 to August 2015 were selected and taught by case analysis and sce- nario simulation. After two weeks of internship, the effects of this teaching method was evaluated by teaching effect feedback forms. Results 88.9% of the 36 students reported that this method improved their ability of analyzing and solving problems. 97.2% of the students reported that this method stimulated their interest in learning, strengthened the consciousness of emergency, and helped to cultivate the teamwork spirit. Conclusion The teaching method of case analysis plus scenario simulation can stimulate the interest of nursing students in learning, strengthen the consciousness of emergency, improve the communication ability between nurses and patients, and cultivate the teamwork spirit.
