供给侧结构性改革是关系全局、关系长远的一项改革。县域经济作为我国经济的发动机,要防止"观望"的态度,坚定供给侧结构性改革的决心。要以国家产业政策和市场为导向,减少无效供给,扩大有效供给;要加快产业转型升级,以"工匠精神"增品种、提品质、创品牌;要大力发展新兴产业,增强供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性;要发挥好市场和政府的作用,不断孕育新动力、构建新业态,促进县域经济从中高速增长迈向中高端水平。
