财务运行管理是国际会议能够顺利完成的重要保证。财政部于2015年7月30日发布《在华举办国际会议经费管理办法》,对在华举办国际会议的收入、支出等费用管理做出了新的规定。依据财政部的新规定,结合参加国际会议财务运行管理方面的工作经验,对于国际会议财务预决算及会议过程的财务管理进行了探讨,为相关财务人员提供参考。

Financial operations management is an important guarantee for the successful completion of the international conference. Ministry of Finance issued ＂to hold international conferences in China funds management approach＂ on July 30, 2015, to hold interna- tional conferences in China, income, expenses and other expense management made new regulations.
