摘要
针对高职辅导员思想政治教育、心理健康教育和就业创业指导等功能实现偏差现状,深刻剖析队伍建设重视不够、专业能力水平较低、职能认识存在偏差等原因,从而提出强化岗位标准设计、矫正身份认同偏差和提升业务能力水平等三大路径实现高职辅导员功能归正。
This paper looks into the reasons why there are deviations in vocational college advisors’ implementation of their functions as ideological and political educators,mental health counselors and as employment and entrepreneurship instructors:lack of attention paid to the team construction,poor professional ability and incorrect understanding of their functions.Given the reasons,this paper suggests to correct the deviations by Strengthening the design of the advisors’ working standards,correcting the errors in their identity and upgrade their professional ability.
