Investigation of the Employability of Private College Graduates

基于CareerEDGE模型,对当前民办高校大学生就业力现状进行实证调研发现:专业知识技能薄弱、职业发展学习缺乏、工作与生活经验不足是影响就业力提升的最主要因素。民办高校应从提升大学生社会化、专业化、职业化水平三个方面增强大学生就业力。

This article studies the employablity of private college graduates based on the CareerEDGE model.It points out that the employability of private college students is mainly affected by their lack of professional expertise,career development knowledge and of working experience and experience of life.Private colleges and universities should try to boost students’ chance of getting employed by doing a better job in the socialization,specialization and professionalization of the students.
