随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,地方高校校园媒体发展遇到瓶颈。运用互联网思维,有效整合校园媒体,优化资源配置,是校园媒体改革和发展的新趋势。为此,须打通内容、技术、平台、人才、设备等资源的分割壁垒,从管理融合、人才融合、媒介融合等不同层次探索校园媒体融合发展之路,树立一体化理念,构建一体化的组织结构,建立一体化的采编流程,形成一体化的管理体制、传播体系和多种校园媒体协调发展的传播合力,构建立体化校园现代传播体系,实现传播效应的最大化。

With the rapid development of Internet technology,media development in local colleges and universities experiences bottleneck. The countermeasures include using Internet thinking,effectively integrating campus media and optimizing resources allocation. In addition,it is necessary to break the barriers among its content,technology,system,personnel,equipment,and other resources to coordinate resources integration from different aspects including management integration,human resources integration and media convergence,etc,aiming at establishing the concept of integration,building integrated organizational structure,developing integrated editing process,forming integrated management system and communication system,realizing the coordinated development of campus media,constructing three-dimensional modern communication system and maximizing the propagation effects.
