摘要 为保证高炉稳定顺行,将静压差预判炉况技术应用于3 200 m^3高炉,建立了高炉炉身静压差与炉内状况、气流变化的对应关系,可准确了解高炉冶炼过程中各区域的所处位置和基本情况,超前判断炉内局部冶炼条件的变化,为高炉操作调整提供重要依据。 In order to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace, furnace condition prejudgment technology with static pressure difference was applied to 3 200 m^3 Blast Furnace and the corresponding relationship between the stack static pressure difference and furnace condition and gas flow variation was established to accurately understand the position and basic conditions of different zones in BF smelting and prejudge changes in smelting conditions locally in furnace, which can provide important basis for the adjustment of BF operation.
