摘要
分针对S355JR中厚板延伸率不合格的问题,采用扫描电镜和金相分析方法分析了延伸率不合格试样的断口形貌、夹杂物及金相组织。研究结果表明,中厚板延伸率不合格主要是由夹杂物和带状组织引起的,从炼钢、连铸、轧钢等工序工艺控制方面提出了具体改进措施,为稳定生产提供了参考。
In order to solve the problem of unqualified elongation of S355JR heavy and medium plate, scanning electron microscope and metallographic analysis method were utilized to analyze the fracture morphology, inclusion and metallographie structure of samples with unqualified elongation. Study results indicated the unqualification was caused by inclusion and band structure. Specific improvement mea- sures were put forward from aspects of controlling steel-making, casting and rolling processes, providing reference for stable production.
