摘要
针对37Mn5圆坯表面纵裂缺陷,从37Mn5表面纵裂的形成机理、中包过热度控制、拉速控制、保护渣加渣操作、结晶器冷却、铸坯缓冷等方面详细分析了天钢37Mn5连铸圆坯表面纵裂的形成原因。通过采用中包低过热度恒液位、恒温、恒拉速,以及合理的铸坯缓冷工艺技术,使37Mn5表面纵裂问题得到了有效控制。
Aiming at the defect of the surface longitudinal crack of 37Mn5 round billet, the author ana- lyzes its causes in detail from the aspects of crack formation mechanism , tundish superheat control, casting speed control, mould powder addition operation, mould cooling and billet slow cooling. The problem of surface longitudinal crack of 37Mn5 round billet was effectively curbed through the adoption of tundish superheat constant level, temperature and casting speed and reasonable slow cooling process.
