摘要
为满足天钢钢包底吹控制要求,开发出一种钢包智能底吹氩控制系统。介绍了该系统的开发思路、控制参数要求和设计方法。应用实践表明,钢包智能底吹氩控制系统的参数设定合理准确,提高了精炼效率和产品质量,降低了耐材消耗和生产成本,具有很强的灵活性和可靠性。
In order to meet the control requirement by Tiangang ladle bottom blowing, an intelligent control system of ladle argon bottom blowing was developed. The paper explains its development con- cept, control parameter requirement and design method. Practice showed the parameter setting of the system was reasonable and accurate. Refining efficiency and product quality were improved and refrac- tory consumption and production cost reduced. This system possessed strong flexibility and reliability.
