摘要
论述了PROFIBUS-DP通讯技术在一次除尘系统的应用情况。将西门子S7-400系列PLC与ABB的ACS1000变频器组成的风机控制系统进行系统配置,设置相应的PLC硬件组态和变频器参数,简化了整个系统的接线,使系统实现了自动控制,运行稳定,操作简单,减少了人力和物力消耗。
The paper expounds the application of PROFIBUS-DP communication technology to primary dedusting system. The blower control system consisting of Siemens S7-400 series PLC and ABB ACS1000 frequency converter was configured and relevant PLC hardware configuration and converter parameters were set. The wire conhection of the entire system was simplified and the automatic control of the system realized. The said system ran stably and was operated easily, reducing labor force and material consumption.
