摘要
为准确分析矿石中的成分,采用熔融制样X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿中低含量的钙镁元素,分析了熔融制样的条件、实验过程中的影响因素,以及仪器参数的选择设置,确定X射线荧光分析低含量钙镁的最优条件。对比实验表明,测量结果具有很高的精密度和准确度,为生产及科研提供了更加精确地分析数据。
In order to accurately analyze the compositions in ore, melting sample preparation and X- ray fluorescence spectrometry were adopted in the determination of low content calcium and magnesium in iron ore. The paper analyzes the conditions of melting sample preparation, influential factors in test and the selection and setting of apparatus parameter and defines the optimal conditions for low content calcium and magnesium determination with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Comparison tests showed that measurement results presented high precision and accuracy, providing more precise data for pro- duction and scientific study.
