摘要
为实现节能降耗,天津天钢联合特钢有限公司遵循能源管理体系运行模式,将过程分析方法、系统工程原理和PDCA循环理论运用到企业能源管理中,建立了能源管理体系,提高了节能降耗工作的效率,促进了管理创新和技术创新,保证了节能减排目标的完成。对于能源管理体系运行过程中存在的薄弱环节,提出了改进方法,进一步提高了企业能源管理体系的建设水平。
In order to realize energy saving and emission reduction, Tianjin Tlangang Umted Special Steel Co., Ltd. （Trussc）, executing the running mode of energy management system, applied process analysis method, system project principle and PDCA cyclic theory to the energy management of the en- terprise and established energy management system. The efficiency of the activities of energy saving and emission reduction was improved and management renovation and technology renovation were promoted. The completion of the goal of energy saving and emission reduction was ensured. The authors put for- ward improvement methods for the weak links in the running of energy management system to further improve the construction level of enterprise energy management system.
