Optimization of Planning Management Mode of Metallurgical Construction Project

分析了天津钢铁集团有限公司工程建设项目计划管理工作的特点。在天钢公司循环经济工程、提升改造新工程期间,对计划管理模式进行优化,提出了计划管理工作的新模式,实现了经验数据的原始积累,统一了计划管理工作的总体目标,拓展了计划管理的工作范围,更加适应天津钢铁集团有限公司后续冶金建设项目的管理要求。

The characteristics of planning management activities of engineering construction proje Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. are analyzed. During cyclic economy projects and revamped ct in and new projects in Tiangang, the planning management mode was optimized and the new mode of planning management activities proposed. Original accumulation of empirical data was realized. The overall ob- jective for planning management was unified and the working range of planning management expanded. Planning management adapted itself more and more to the management requirement of subsequent con- struction projects in Tianjin Iron and Steel Grouo Co.. Ltd.
