微型种植支抗技术和口外弓加强支抗正畸法在口腔正畸中的效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究微型种植支抗技术和口外弓加强支抗正畸法在口腔正畸中的效果比较。方法选取我院2014年2~10月接诊的80例错畸形患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。其中对照组患者采用口外弓加强支抗正畸法进行治疗;研究组患者采用微型种植支抗技术进行治疗,检测并记录两组患者的治疗成功率、治疗后牙周组织保护素的表达水平、上中切牙凸距差等指标及治疗后不良反应的发生情况等。结果经过治疗,研究组患者的成功率为87.5%,高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后4周,两组患者的牙周组织保护素表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后8周,研究组患者的牙周组织保护素表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组患者的上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角、下齿槽座角、尖牙间宽度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微型种植支抗技术治疗错畸形,可大大提高患者的治愈率,明显降低患者的不良反应发生率,安全性更高。 Objective To compare the effect of micro implant anchorage and extraoral arch strengthening anchorage orthodontic method in orthodontic treatment.Methods 80 cases of malocclusion deformity patients from February to October 2014 were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with extraoral arch strengthening method of anchorage orthodontic treatment,and the study group were treated with micro implant anchorage for treatment.The success rate,periodontal tissue protective element treatment of the expression level of upper incisor protruding gap,incisor inclination index value and adverse reaction after the occurrence condition between the two groups of patients were detected and recorded.Results After treatment,the success rate of the study group was 87.5%,higher than that of the control group(65.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After treatment for 4 weeks,the protection of periodontal tissues of the two groups of patients the expression levels was not obvious difference(P〉0.05),the protection of periodontal tissues of 8 weeks after treatment,the study group of expression levels were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The study group of the upper central incisors protruding distance difference in incisor inclination,inferior alveolar angle seat were significantly greater than the control group,and displacement of molar,upper groove angle seat was less than the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(25.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Micro implant supported anti technique in the treatment of malocclusion deformity disease can greatly improve the patient cure rate,it can significantly decrease the patients with adverse reaction incidence,it is safety.
