光凝、玻璃体切除术配合中西药治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的疗效

Therapeutic effect of photocoagulation and vitrectomy combined with western medicine in the treatment of retinal vein peripheral inflammation

目的探讨光凝、玻璃体切除术配合中西药治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的疗效。方法选择我院2013年1月~2015年12月收治的80例视网膜静脉周围炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予光凝、玻璃体切除配合常规西医治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医辨证施治。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%和62.5%,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中医疗效比较中,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和67.5%,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,两组评分均有所下降,且观察组较对照组下降幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论光凝、玻璃体切除术配合中西药治疗视网膜静脉周围炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of light coagulation and vitrectomy combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of retinal vein peripheral inflammation.Methods 80 cases of patients with retinal vein in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 40 cases.The control group was treated with photocoagulation and vitrectomy combined with routine western medicine treatment.The observation group was given TCM treatment on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%,higher than 62.5% in the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the total efficiency in the observation group and the control group was 87.5% and 67.5% respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,TCM syndrome score between two groups were decreased,the observation group compared with the control group decreased significantly,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of photocoagulation and vitrectomy combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of retinal vein peripheral inflammation is accurate.
