依托咪酯乳剂复合布托啡诺在无痛胃镜中的临床应用

Clinical application of etomidate emulsion combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy

目的探讨依托咪酯乳剂复合布托啡诺在无痛胃镜中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月~2016年3月本院的120例自愿实施无痛胃镜患者作为研究对象,根据麻醉药物不同分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用依托咪酯乳剂麻醉,观察组在对照组的基础上联合布托啡诺麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果及不良反应发生率。结果两组的意识消失时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组的入睡时间、睁眼时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组术前、术中、术后的MAP、HR及Sp O2指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在依托咪酯乳剂的基础上复合布托啡诺麻醉在无痛胃镜检查患者中的应用效果理想,对患者影响较小,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effects of etomidate emulsion combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy.Methods 120 patients who voluntary implemented painless gastroscopy from October 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different anesthesia medication,60 cases in each group.The control group was given etomidate emulsion,and the observation group was further given butorphanol on the basis of the control group.The anesthesia effects and incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared respectively.Results There was no significant difference in the disappearance time of consciousness between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The sleep time,waking time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative indexes of MAP,HR and Sp O2 between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence rate of the adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 20.0% in the control group,with significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effects of etomidate emulsion combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy is ideal,which has little impact on patients and with low incidence rate of adverse effects.It is worth to popularize and application.
