综合护理模式对哮喘患者哮喘控制及再次住院率的影响分析

The effect of comprehensive nursing model on asthma control and rehospitalization rate in patients with asthma

目的探讨分析综合护理模式对哮喘患者哮喘控制及再次住院率的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2016年6月来我院就诊治疗的初诊哮喘患者96例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较分析两组患者的哮喘控制情况及患者出院后3月内的再次住院率。结果观察组患者哮喘控制有效率为100%,对照组哮喘控制有效率为81.25%,观察组患者哮喘控制有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者出院后3个月内的再次住院率为4.17%,优于对照组的22.92%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对再入院患者的的发病诱因进行调查,其中观察组由于用药依从性差而再次入院的发生率为2.08%,显著低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对哮喘患者进行综合护理模式不仅可以较好地控制哮喘症状,而且还能有效降低患者的短期哮喘复发率,减少其二次住院率,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing model on asthma control and rehospitalization rate of asthma patients.Methods 96 cases choosed from January 2013 to 2016 June to newly diagnosed asthma patients in our hospital for treatment,which were randomly divided for the control group and the observation group,the control group were treated with routine nursing,the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing,a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with asthma control and discharged after 3 months rehospitalization rate differences.Results Patients in the observation group asthma control efficiency was 100%,higher than that was 81.25% in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;After the patients were discharged from hospital within 3 months of rehospitalization rate in observed group was 4.17% better than that was 22.92% in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;Readmission in patients with the predisposing factors were investigated,which the observation group due to poor medication compliance again admitted to the occurred rate was 2.08% lower than that was 37.50% in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode for patients with asthma can not only control the symptoms of asthma, but also effectively reduce the short-term asthma recurrence rate, reduce the rate of hospitalization of two times,it is worthy of clinical application.
