小剂量PF方案同步放化疗治疗局部中晚期宫颈癌的护理研究

Nursing research of radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy by low dose 5-FU plus cisplatin in treatment of advanced uterine cervical cancer

目的探讨小剂量PF方案同步放化疗治疗局部中晚期宫颈癌的护理。方法选择我院2015年1~12月收治的33例局部中晚期宫颈癌患者,所有患者均行小剂量PF方案同步放化疗治疗。观察患者治疗情况和不良反应,观察分析患者治疗前后生活质量改善情况。结果治疗过程中,患者不良反应发生率为21.21%。23例出院患者治疗后生活质量评分显著高于治疗前,10例治疗中患者生活质量也有所改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同时,33例患者治疗后SDS及SAS评分均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小剂量PF方案同步放化疗治疗局部中晚期宫颈癌的疗效较好,尽管在实际的治疗过程中存在一定的不良反应,但经合理的护理措施和对症处理后,患者不良反应缓解,预后较好。

Objective To study the nursing of radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy by low dose 5-FU plus cisplatin in treatment of advanced uterine cervical cancer.Methods 33 patients with locally advanced uterine cervical cancer in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were selected,and all patients were treated with radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy by low dose 5- FU plus cisplatin and given our hospital standard cervical cancer chemotherapy nursing measures.The treatment and adverse reactions of patients were observed,and the improvement of quality of life before and after treatment of patients were analyzed.Results In the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 21.21%.The quality of life score after the treatment of 23 patients discharged were significantly higher than before treatment,10 cases of treatment in patients with quality of life also improved with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the SDS and SAS scores were significantly better than that before the treatment with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effects of radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy by low dose 5-FU plus cisplatin in treatment of advanced uterine cervical cancer are better.Although there are some adverse reactions in the actual treatment,and the treatment time is slightly longer.But after reasonable care measures and symptomatic treatment,the adverse reaction of patients decreased,and the prognosis is better.
