中医护理在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果分析

Evaluation and analysis of the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with herpes zoster

目的研究并探讨带状疱疹患者应用中医护理的价值。方法选取我院2013年12月~2016年4月收治的100例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在实施常规护理和中医护理。对比两组患者的疼痛缓解时间、疱疹消退时间、皮损结痂时间,并对比较干预前后两组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分、睡眠质量指数。结果观察组的疼痛缓解时间、疱疹消退时间、皮损结痂时间分别为（3.47±1.19）d、（3.96±1.27）d、（6.52±1.95）d,与对照组的（4.72±1.33）d、（5.53±1.24）d、（9.87±2.31）d相比,均明显缩短（t=4.953、6.255、7.836,P〈0.05）。与干预前相比,干预后两组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分以及睡眠质量指数均明显降低（P〈0.05）。干预后观察组患者的疼痛评分、焦虑评分以及睡眠质量指数分别为（2.23±1.16）分、（6.17±1.82）分、（8.23±1.74）分,与对照组的（3.86±1.49）分、（9.42±2.05）分、（11.69±2.09）分相比,明显更低（P〈0.05）。结论在带状疱疹的临床护理中,实施中医护理可有效促进患者临床症状的缓解,缓解患者的疼痛、负性情绪,改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective To study and discuss the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with herpes zoster.Methods 100 cases of herpes zoster patients from December 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given routine nursing and the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The pain relief time,simplex subsided,skin crusting time were compared between two groups,and the pain score,the score of anxiety and sleep quality index were compared of two groups before and after the intervention.Results The pain relief time,simplex subsided,skin crusting time of the observation group was（3.47 ±1.19） d,（3.96±1.27） d,（6.52±1.95） d,shorter than that was（4.72±1.33） d,（5.53±1.24） d,（9.87±2.31） d of control group（t=4.953,6.255,7.836,P =0.000,0.000,0.000）.Compared with before intervention,after the intervention,the pain score,the score of anxiety and sleep quality index of two groups was respectively decreased（P〈0.05）.After the intervention,the pain score,the score of anxiety and sleep quality index the indicators of the observation group was（2.23±1.16） score,（6.17±1.82）score,（8.23±1.74） score,lower than that was（3.86±1.49） score,（9.42±2.05） score,（11.69±2.09） score of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical nursing of herpes zoster,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve pain and negative mood, improve the sleep quality of patients.
