COPD稳定期患者接受健脾补肾汤后PARC/CCL-18含量、气道重塑程度以及MAPKs通路功能的评估 被引量:7

摘要 目的:分析COPD稳定期患者接受健脾补肾汤后PARC/CCL-18含量、气道重塑程度以及MAPKs通路功能。方法:选取90例在本院接受治疗的COPD稳定期患者,所有患者了解研究过程并签署知情同意书。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组接受健脾补肾汤联合常规治疗,对比两组循环血PARC/CCL-18含量、气道重塑相关指标水平及MAPKs通路功能差异。结果:观察组治疗后血清PARC/CCL-18含量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清CTGF、b-FGF、TGF-β1、IL-25、Smad3、YKL-39、Activin A值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组接受治疗后的FEV1预计值、MMEF预计值高于对照组,T、AI、WA、WA%值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清及诱导痰中MAPKs通路下游分子ERK、p38、c-Jun mRNA表达量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:COPD稳定期患者接受健脾补肾汤治疗,可以有效抑制气道重塑进程,在促进微环境稳定的同时阻碍MAPKs通路功能,具有积极的临床意义。 [ABSTRACT]Objective:To analyze PARC/CCL-18 content,degree of airway remodeling and MAPKs pathway function after stable COPD patients received Jianpi Bushen decoction.Methods:A total of 90 cases of stable COPD patients received treatment in our hospital were enrolled in the study.Control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,observa-tion group received Jianpi Bushen decoction combined with conventional treatment,and then differences in circulating blood PARC/CCL-18 contents,airway remodeling-related index levels and MAPKs pathway function were compared between two groups.Results:Serum PARC/CCL-18 content of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group (P 〈0.05);serum CTGF,b-FGF,TGF-β1,IL-25,Smad3,YKL-39 and Activin A values of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group (P 〈0.05);predicated values of FEV1 and MMEF of observation group after treatment were higher than those of control group while T,AI,WA and WA% values were lower than those of control group (P 〈0.05);the mRNA expression levels of MAPKs pathway downstream molecules ERK,p38 and c-Jun in serum and induced spu-tum of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group (P 〈0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen decoc-tion treatment of stable COPD patients can effectively inhibit airway remodeling process,promote microenvironment stability while hinder MAPKs pathway function,and it has positive clinical significance.
