逆向分段采取法对大隐静脉内皮细胞的保护作用的研究

摘要 目的观察逆向分段采取法对大隐静脉内皮细胞的保护作用及远期效果。方法将家兔分为4组,即结扎后0min(对照组),30min(I组),60min(II组),120min(III组),检测其单位面积内皮细胞合成与释放一氧化氮(NO)、PCNA的表达及增殖指数、细胞凋亡指数和血管管腔直径等。结果与对照组比较,I、II组各项指标与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),III组与对照组差别有统计学意义。结论逆向分段采取大隐静脉可以有效保护内皮细胞,提高血管通畅率。 Objective To observe the protective effect of reverse segmentation method harvesting saphenous vein on great saphenous vein endothelial cells,and evaluate long-term the efficacy of this method.Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:control(0min)group,I(30min)group,II(60min)group and III(120min)group.Expression levels of NO and PCNA,index of incremental and apoptosiswere observed by Elisa or pathological technique respectively.Vernier caliper was performed to measure Vascular lumen diameter.Results Compared with those in control group,group I and group II showed no statistically significant(P〈0.05),group III showed statistically significant.Conclusion Reverse segmentation method harvesting saphenous vein has protective effects on vascular endothelial cell and improve vascular patency rate.
