乙肝1号方联合恩替卡韦治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

The clinical observation of No.one decoction for CHB combined with Entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B of internal damp-heat obstruction syndrome

目的:观察乙肝1号方联合恩替卡韦治疗湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。两组患者均给予恩替卡韦片0.5mg/d口服,治疗组加服乙肝1号方,1剂/d,分早晚两次饭后服。两组患者均治疗24周。结果:治疗组患者的肝功能(ALT)复常率、HBeAg转阴率以及HBV DNA转阴率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:湿热中阻型慢性乙型肝炎患者用乙肝1号方联合恩替卡韦治疗可有效提高治疗效果,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of No.1 Decoction for CHB combined with Entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B of internal damp- heat obstruction syndrome.Methods：Sixty cases with chronic hepatitis B of internal damp- heat obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with entecavir and the treatment group were additionally given No.1 Decoction for CHB,two times per day,1 agent a day.The treatment lasted for 24 weeks.Results：The liver function（ALT） recovery rate,HBeAg negative conversion rate and HBV-DNA negative rate in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：No.1 Decoction for CHB combined with Entecavir on chronic hepatitis B of internal damp- heat obstruction syndrome can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and it is worthy of promotion and application.
