摘要
黔东南地湖乡少数民族雕花蜜饯相比让人耳熟能详的民族及其文化表征的银饰、服饰、节日风俗而言,是寡为人知的。本文从舌尖上的美味切入,梳理雕花蜜饯的源起及其制作工艺,进而挖掘其艺术特征与文化内涵,以文化自觉之态建构文化自信。
Compared with the familiar national or cultural symbols, like silver jewelry, costumes and customs, the carved preserves of Dihu county in Sotheast Guizhou province are little known. With this tasty delicacy, this paper traces its origin and introduces its processing technology to explore its artistic features and cultural connotations and thus to construct cultural confidence with cultural awareness.
