摘要
工程伦理的四大目标:提升工科学生的伦理敏感度,使他们了解伦理的内涵、作用、范围和限度,成为一名合格的工程师;把伦理教育与专业技能教育相结合,通过将工程伦理课程设为必修课、加强培养专业的教师队伍、采用多样化的学习成果测评方式等措施增加工科大学生的伦理知识;提升工科大学生的伦理判断力、道德推理水平;增强工科大学生的道德意志力。工程伦理教育的内容包含四个方面:通过对工科大学生进行工程伦理认证标准的教育,使他们具备良好的伦理价值观,在未来的工程实践活动中自觉地、按照认证标准去规范自身的伦理行为;通过强调工程实践活动中的设计责任、监督责任及检验责任,强化工科大学生工程伦理责任教育;通过进行工科大学生伦理意识教育,使他们树立正确的工程伦理意识,对预防各种伦理问题的发生具有重要的意义;通过间接经验(课堂上学到的理论知识以及从经验丰富的工程师那里学到的经验)和直接经验(参加具体工程实践活动掌握一定的经验),培养工科大学生社会伦理责任实践能力。工程伦理教育的方法主要有:组建专业教师团队,把工程伦理列为必修课;以工程伦理章程为标准,规范工科大学生的伦理行为;将网络资源嵌入工程伦理教育;把工程伦理知识融入其他学科。
There are four objectives of engineering ethics.The first one of the objectives is to enhance the ethical sensitivity of polytechnic university students,so that they can understand the connotation,function,scope and limit of ethics,and finally make them become a qualified engineer.The second is to combine ethics education with professional skills education,through setting the course of engineering ethics as a required course,strengthening the training of professional teachers,adopting the diverse learning outcomes assessment etc,and increasing polytechnic university students' ethical knowledge.The third is to enhance the ethical judgment,and the level of moral reasoning of polytechnic university students.The improvement of the judgment ability is mainly through the study of learning the articles of Engineering Ethics Association,engineering ethics course,engineering ethics education,mentioned engineering students' level of moral reasoning,and ethical judgment.The fourth is to enhance the polytechnic university students' moral willpower.The improvement of the moral willpower is acceptable to the engineer for ethics education degree,degree of ethical knowledge learning,the theory of teaching,explanation of cases and practice.There are four kinds of contents of engineering ethics education.The first one is the education of engineering ethics certification standards for polytechnic university students,so that they have the good ethical values and consciously regulate their own ethical behavior in accordance with the standards for certification in the future's engineering practice.The second is to emphasize the responsibility of design,supervision and inspection,and the engineering ethics responsibility education of polytechnic university students in engineering practice.The third is through the moral education of polytechnic university students,so that they can establish a correct awareness of engineering ethics,which has an important significance to prevent the occurrence of all kinds of ethical problems.The fourth is through indirect experience including the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom and the experience learned from experienced engineers,and direct experience including the experience learned in the specific engineering practice,to strengthen the training of social ethical responsibility practice ability for polytechnic university students.There are four methods of engineering ethics education.The first one is the formation of the professional teacher's team,setting the engineering ethics as a required course;the second is to regulate the ethical behavior of polytechnic university students by taking the engineering ethics regulations as the standard;the third is the network resources embedded engineering ethics education;the fourth is to integrate engineering ethics into other disciplines.
