摘要
目的 研究标准过度换气量化脑电图对小儿癫诊断的临床价值。方法 应用“F L Y-2”型神经生理信息工作站 ,分析 40例癫患儿及 40例正常儿童过度换气前后不同时段脑电图样本 ,计算脑电图信号的功率谱密度 ,进行统计分析 ,比较两组间的差异。结果 1过度换气 3min时癫患儿其慢波 (δ、θ)较正常儿童明显增多 ( P<0 .0 5 )。全导α 2波较正常对照组减少。停止换气后 30 s时 ,正常儿童脑电图已恢复至换气前水平 ,癫患儿 EEG慢波 (δ、θ波 )仍多于对照组。结论 过度换气使癫患儿脑电图明显慢波化 。
Objective To study the accessory diagnostic value of hyperventilation activation on quantitative EEG in children with epilepsy.Methods In view power spectral quantitative analyses,EEG of 40 children with epilepsy and 40 normal children were analyzed at the time points of prior to,3rd minute, during hyperventilation the 30 second post hyperventilation and 1 minute after stopping hyperventilation.Results In terms of density of signal power spectral of all frequency in EEG,the number of slow waves (δ,θ) of children with epilepsy are more than that of healthy children after hyperventilation (P<0^05).There are less α and β waves in EEG of children with epilepsy than that of normal children.Conclusion Hyperventilation activation on quantitative EEG recording has accessory diagnostic value for children with epilepsy.
