摘要
基于河南师范大学物理与材料科学学院承办高等职业学校教师素质提高计划项目光伏技术与应用专业省级省内培训和企业顶岗培训、国家级国内培训和企业顶岗培训项目培训任务,对"国培计划""省培计划"等培训项目可持续发展进行有效的探索研究。依托光伏技术与应用专业的专业优势,充分发挥该专业"产、学、研、用相结合"的特色,整合校内外优质培训师资资源,结合光伏技术与应用专业特点,在培训方案的课程安排上充分考虑专业知识结构的系统性、技能训练的实用性、培训学员的专业知识基础和能力水平,并精心选择合适的实践企业,切实落实好企业实践环节,培训效果良好。
Based on the provincial training task, in-post training task and national training task of photovohaic technology and application major in the teacher quality improvement plan of higher vocational schools undertaken by the institute of physics and material science in Henan Normal University, this paper conducts effective researches on the sustainable development of training plans, such as national training plan and province training plan. Relying on the professional advantages of photovoltaic technology and application major, we should give full play to its character- istics of the combination of production, learning, research and application and integrate high-quality resources of training teachers in and out of school, Combined with characteristics of photovohaic technology and application major, we should fully consider the systematization of professional knowledge structure, practicability of skill training and knowledge base and ability level of students in the course arrangement of training plan, carefully choose proper en- terprises and implement the internship link well to ensure the training effect.
