破解体育理论课堂“冰点局面”的思考

摘要 体育理论课冷漠的课堂氛围、消极的课堂环境,尴尬的教学环境称之为课堂的"冰点局面"。"冰点局面"的形成,主要原因在于教师的教学压力大,授课能力差,教学素养低;学生的自身素养不高,对于知识的求知力、求知欲不强。课堂时间安排不当。破解体育理论课堂"冰点局面",建议主管部门应积极开设教师培训班,加强教师的人文关怀,教师应积极进行教学模式的改革,增强学生的主动求知力。文章从课堂的三要素:师生、求知力、求知欲望三方面出发,分别剖析造成体育理论课堂"冰点局面"的缘由,寻求缓解和改善课堂尴尬局面的干预策略。 The indifferent classroom atmosphere, negative classroom environment and embarrassing teaching environment in theoretical course of physical training is called the "freezing situation" in the classroom. The formation of "freezing point situation" is mainly due to teachers" big teaching pressure, poor teaching ability and low teaching quality, students" low quality and weak thirst for knowledge and improper arrangement of classroom time. In order to break the "freezing situation" in theoretical course of physical training, it is proposed that competent departments should actively set up training classes for teachers and strengthen the humanistic concern of the teachers and teachers should actively carry out the reform of teaching mode and strengthen the students" active learning. Starting from the three elements of the classroom, that is teachers and students, knowledge-seeking ability and desire for knowl- edge, this article analyzes the causes of the freezing situation of theoretical course of physical training, seeking inter- vention strategies to ease and improve the classroom embarrassing situation.
